Yesterday I made my first ever batch of shortbread (with a little help from my mom) and they turned out pretty good. If I get around to it I might actually do some more baking for Christmas.

Hi Brenna, I meant to write you back ages ago, but I must've been distracted! Yes, I have great taste in names, hee hee! Everyone comments on my Brenna's name, and I think it will be a good name for both a little girl and when she's a woman (gasp!) Love your photos, the shortbread looks good enough to eat (ha!) and good timing on the cat tongue - too cute!
